Are you a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with a passion for platform development, digital employee experience, and conversational AI? At Akkodis, we are looking for a Medior ServiceNow Developers to join an exciting project supporting ABN AMRO in Amstelveen. In this role, you will help transform the ServiceNow Employee Portal into an AI-first conversational experience, combining strong technical development skills with innovative AI solutions. What will you be doing? Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain secure and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Enhance the ServiceNow Employee Portal / Employee Center. Support the transition towards an AI-driven conversational employee experience. Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript. Apply prompt engineering techniques for Large Language Model (LLM) implementations. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment. Ensure high standards of usability, engineering quality, and responsible AI implementation. What are we looking for? Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration. Strong JavaScript development skills. Experience with employee-facing portals, preferably ServiceNow Employee Center. Knowledge of conversational AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment. Requirements

Candidates should have hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with employee-facing portals; familiarity with ServiceNow Employee Center is preferred. Knowledge of conversational AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, Agile/DevOps experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and professional English proficiency are sought.
