Are you an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with a passion for automation, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering? At Akkodis, we are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer / Azure DevOps Engineer to join an exciting project supporting ABN AMRO in Amstelveen. In this role, you'll help design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale Azure environments while enabling development teams to deliver cloud solutions securely, efficiently, and at scale. What will you be doing? Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable Microsoft Azure solutions. Build and manage enterprise-scale Azure landing zones following Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework. Develop reusable cloud platform capabilities, automation, templates, and integration solutions. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, Bicep, and PowerShell. Design and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML. Configure and manage Azure services, including AKS, Azure VMs, networking, Azure Monitor, Azure AD/IAM, and Azure SQL. Implement Azure Policies, security controls, and cloud governance standards. Develop self-service cloud capabilities for internal DevOps teams. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with developers, architects, and platform engineering teams to continuously improve cloud services. What are we looking for? At least 7 years of experience in Azure engineering or a related field. Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and core services. Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Azure landing zones. Proven expertise in Terraform, ARM, Bicep, and/or PowerShell. Strong experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and YAML. Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Azure Policies. Good understanding of cloud security, identity management, networking, and governance. An automation-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Nice to have Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-400, or Azure Solutions Architect. CKA, CKAD, or Terraform Associate certification. Previous software development experience. Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service cloud solutions. Why join Akkodis? Core Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable Azure environments, including enterprise landing zones, infrastructure as code, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Requirements

Requires at least seven years of Azure engineering or related experience, strong hands-on Azure infrastructure knowledge, and experience with enterprise landing zones, IaC tools, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, and Azure Policies. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required, alongside knowledge of cloud security, identity, networking, and governance; relevant Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications are desirable.
