Job Description

The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Coordinator with strong technical and organisational skills who enjoys managing multiple aspects of a project at the same time. You will be responsible for coordinating the installation of our innovative self-cleaning toilet systems, from transport and site preparation to installation and final handover. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, suppliers, transport companies and other partners in the Netherlands and abroad to ensure projects are delivered successfully. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview and find practical solutions when unexpected situations arise. Responsibilities Prepare project schedules and installation plans and coordinate these with internal and external stakeholders Arrange and monitor the transport of units, including customs and export documentation for international projects Coordinate closely with international colleagues regarding transport, planning and project execution Visit and survey project locations and assess the required site preparations and utilities Coordinate utilities, groundwork, paving and other activities required for installation Monitor project progress, costs and agreed budgets Identify additional work and prepare additional quotations when required Coordinate the installation, connection, testing and final handover of the units Coordinate project tests and inspections, including Delivery Accepted Tests (DAT) and Site Accepted Tests (SAT) Maintain accurate project administration, documentation and handover files Coordinate the final handover to the customer and Maintenance department Actively contribute to improvements in projects, processes and ways of working Qualifications Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking Approximately 5 to 10+ years of relevant professional experience Strong technical understanding and experience in a technical, installation or project environment Proven experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Good command of both Dutch and English Valid driving licence (category B) Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis, primarily within Europe Preferred VCA VOL certification NEN 3140 certification BHV certification What we offer A salary of €4,500 to €6,000 gross per month Prospect of a permanent contract An annual training and development budget The possibility to work from home up to 20% A sports scheme Fresh fruit at the office An ambitious and friendly team An international role with projects and locations across the Netherlands and Europe About Sanitronics Sanitronics International B.V. develops, manufactures, installs and maintains innovative self-cleaning toilet systems. Requirements

Requires HBO-level working and thinking, approximately 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience, and a strong technical background with proven project coordination experience. Candidates should be organised, proactive, able to work independently, fluent in Dutch and English, hold a category B driving licence, and be willing to travel internationally; VCA VOL, NEN 3140, and BHV certifications are preferred.
