Qualifications & Experience Must-Have Requirements Solid hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows environments Experience working with Mac and/or Linux client systems Strong experience supporting end-user hardware, devices, and peripherals Proficiency in supporting common software such as Microsoft Office Suite Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ticketing systems) Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) Technical Knowledge (Preferred) Basic understanding of ITIL framework Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools General knowledge of IT infrastructure Experience supporting videoconferencing systems Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Ability to handle end-user issues efficiently and professionally

Core Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot Windows environments, Mac and/or Linux client systems, and end-user hardware, devices, and peripherals. Assist users with common software, ITSM ticketing systems, endpoint management, IT infrastructure, and videoconferencing issues.

Requirements

Requires hands-on experience supporting Windows environments and experience with Mac and/or Linux systems, end-user hardware, peripherals, and Microsoft Office. Candidates must have ITSM tool experience and fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of ITIL, endpoint management tools, infrastructure, and videoconferencing is preferred.
