Stay informed about changes in customers’ businesses, industries and supply chains, using that knowledge to anticipate needs and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze customer-specific data, service performance, volume and financial results, and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to develop practical freight-forwarding and supply-chain solutions aligned with customer expectations. Navigate difficult conversations and manage conflict with tact, diplomacy and a solution-focused approach. Use effective negotiation and commercial skills when discussing pricing, service solutions or additional opportunities with customers. Adopt new tools and processes that improve workflow, visibility and the overall customer experience. Continuously develop knowledge of C.H. Robinson’s services, technology and transport modes, with particular relevance to ocean freight. Preferred Experience with ocean freight or supporting complex ocean-freight customers. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions. Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills, combined with sound business acumen. Ability to work effectively under deadlines, collaborate in a team and deliver independent results. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with a consistent sense of urgency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across customers, operations and management levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. A growth mindset, customer focus and motivation to learn and develop. Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment. WHAT WE OFFER Real career possibilities and the opportunity to develop your talent in a fast-moving, global organization.
