Job Title: Contract / Part-Time Trainer - Occupational Health & Safety (Online) About Us: Bramos Global and Amsterdam HSE are International Strategic Partners hiring for contract-based OHS Trainers. Mode of Work: 100% Online (Remote) 1. Eligibility Criteria (Must Have): - Qualification: Master's in Health & Safety Management OR OTHM Level 7 Diploma OR NEBOSH Level 7 (International Diploma) OR Doctorate in relevant field. Qualification should not be less than this level. - Lead Auditor Certification (Added Advantage): ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 9001:2026 / ISO 14001:2026 Lead Auditor from an approved accreditation body. - Communication Skills: Excellent command over Professional English. Clear, well-understood spoken English is a must. 2. Technical Requirements: - Must have own genuine Laptop (minimum Intel i5 or equivalent / higher configuration) and a working smartphone with stable internet. - Must be able to deliver online sessions and provide session recordings for learners who cannot attend live. 3. Job Role & Responsibilities: - Deliver online training for OHS levels: Level 3, Level 5, Level 6, Level 7, MBA & DBA. - Minimum 2-3 sessions per week (90 minutes per session). - Prepare training materials and support learners. 4. Compensation: - $15 to $25 USD per 90-minute session depending on the level of training delivered. 5. Work Timing: - Mostly evening sessions. Generally around 08:00 PM CET / 09:00 - 10:00 PM IST. Core Responsibilities

Deliver online occupational health and safety training at Levels 3, 5, 6, and 7, as well as MBA and DBA levels, for at least two to three 90-minute sessions per week. Prepare training materials, support learners, and provide session recordings for those unable to attend live.

Requirements

Applicants must hold at least a master's degree in Health and Safety Management, an OTHM Level 7 Diploma, a NEBOSH Level 7 International Diploma, or a relevant doctorate, and must communicate clearly in professional English. Candidates need a suitable laptop, smartphone, and stable internet; ISO lead auditor certification is an advantage, and both freshers with the required qualification and experienced trainers may apply.
