Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Maasdijk. This role supports daily operational activities, including order processing, coordination of shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation in internal systems. The Operations Assistant collaborates with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring stock levels, preparing and updating reports, assisting with customer inquiries related to orders, and supporting continuous improvements in operational workflows. The role also involves communicating clearly with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth distribution processes. Qualifications Strong operations and operations management skills to support daily workflows and logistics coordination. Solid analytical skills to work with data, identify discrepancies, and provide accurate reporting. Effective communication skills for clear interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and customers (English). Customer service skills to handle order-related queries and maintain positive relationships. Ability to work on-site in Maasdijk and collaborate within a small, international team. Good organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Excel & Word) experience in logistics or food distribution is an advantage.
