Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Project Engineer to join their maintenance team. In this role, you will act as the key link between maintenance and engineering, ensuring that facilities and production equipment are reliable, safe, and GMP-compliant. Your technical knowledge and proactive approach will support the successful execution of projects involving utilities, facilities, and production-specific assets. Responsibilities: Participate early in project planning, reviewing user requirements and designs to incorporate maintenance needs. Provide advice on maintainability and verify compliance during project execution. Develop, review, and approve maintenance programs and plans; assign responsibilities to team members. Lead workshops and coordinate FMECA activities to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Validate as-built documentation, including P&IDs, schematics, and CMMS data, ensuring readiness for handover. Prepare maintenance readiness checklists, provide handover recommendations, and organize training for operational teams. Manage change requests, risk assessments, and decommissioning activities with a focus on safety and efficiency. Track progress and report maintenance risks, KPIs, and project status to management. Requirements: HBO level education or equivalent, preferably with a technical background. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a regulated (GMP/pharmaceutical) environment. Strong understanding of GMP systems and standards. Proficiency in reading P&ID diagrams and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills in English. Requirements

Requires HBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in a technical field, and at least two years of experience in a regulated GMP or pharmaceutical environment. Candidates should understand GMP systems and standards, read P&IDs and schematics, communicate well in English, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and attention to detail; SAP PM or other CMMS experience is an advantage.
