Job Description We are seeking an experienced Java Technology Lead/ Senior Technology Delivery Leader with a strong techno-functional background and extensive experience in technology delivery, consulting, program leadership, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Banking and Financial Services industry, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and modern application development. This role requires someone who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive enterprise technology initiatives. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, program leadership, or client engagement. Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services or other highly regulated industries. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong techno-functional expertise and the ability to bridge business and technology discussions. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Python. Good understanding of Microsoft Azure, enterprise architectures, APIs, and integration patterns. Exposure to AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Strong adaptability and the ability to learn new business domains and technologies quickly. Requirements
