Role Description As a Change Management Consultant at Mixit, you will guide organizations through complex digital transformations, ensuring that initiatives are adopted and sustained by people across the business. In this full-time hybrid role based in Rotterdam, you will work on-site with clients and teams while also having flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day, you will assess change impacts, design and execute change strategies, facilitate workshops, and translate transformation goals into clear, actionable steps. You will collaborate with CIOs, program managers, and stakeholders, build communication and engagement plans, and use data and dashboards to track progress and outcomes. You will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement of the Mixit Way of Change and share best practices within the broader change community. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear recommendations. Experience in business transformation, including digital change initiatives and organizational change programs. Background in management consulting or consulting, preferably within technology, digital, or process improvement contexts. Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, facilitation, and the ability to present complex ideas in an accessible way. Proven experience with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR, design thinking) and practical application in client environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, organizational psychology, change management, or a related field. Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Rotterdam, balancing on-site collaboration with remote work effectively. Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is highly beneficial for client engagement. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams, with a focus on measurable results and sustainable change.

Core Responsibilities

Guide organizations through complex digital transformations by assessing change impacts, designing and executing change strategies, and facilitating workshops. Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to develop communication and engagement plans, track outcomes using data and dashboards, and improve Mixit's change methodology while sharing best practices.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in business transformation and organizational change, preferably in technology, digital, or process improvement consulting, and practical experience with methodologies such as PROSCI/ADKAR and design thinking. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid Rotterdam setting are expected; English fluency is required and Dutch proficiency is beneficial.
