A clean kitchen is important to you and you are aware of the HACCP rules. WHO ARE WE? Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark has become a well-known name in Amsterdam West. With eighteen floors, the hotel offers spectacular views across the entire city. On the 17th floor, you will find Floor17, where guests can enjoy great cocktails and dishes at a height of 85 metres. Our rooftop terrace is the place for special events, such as movie nights, ice skating experiences and relaxing yoga sessions. It is also the perfect location for meetings with a breathtaking view. As we continue to grow our events business, we are looking for someone who is eager to put Floor17 on the map even further by proactively generating new event opportunities and partnerships. Job Requirements WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD BREAKFAST CHEF? You have completed a chef training course or at least 1 year of work experience in a kitchen. You are energetic, cheerful and HOSPITAL! For you, hospitality means going the extra mile. You are creative and try to surprise the guest every morning. You are proactive, a born team player. In addition, you are flexible and available on weekends and holidays, and you live in (near) Amsterdam. You have knowledge of HACCP. To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Salary range mentioned is monthly gross and for employees aged 20 and over. Travel allowance for commuting distances of 10 kilometers or more. Core Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast for hotel guests using fresh, local products and help ensure they have a positive start to the day. Contribute creative ideas to the breakfast buffet while maintaining a clean kitchen and following HACCP rules.

Requirements

Applicants must have completed chef training or have at least one year of kitchen work experience, and must know HACCP. They should be energetic, hospitable, creative, proactive, flexible for weekends and holidays, able to work well in a team, and live in or near Amsterdam; applicants must also be EU citizens or hold a valid Netherlands work permit.
