Role: "Senior Business Analyst - Transformation & Delivery" to support the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner in delivering business transformation initiatives end-to-end for Product App within CPG industry. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into coordinated delivery across multiple workstreams. Key responsibilities: Gather and clarify business requirements Translate requirements into work across different technical teams Manage dependencies between workstreams Drive prioritization discussions Track delivery milestones Coordinate end-to-end delivery Coordinate UAT and business sign-off Manage risks and issues Ensure adoption and change readiness Report status to leadership Bridge business and technology teams Understand technology architecture at a high level without being a developer Ideal profile: CPG Domain experience (Must Have) Product App delivery Strong experience in business analysis, project/programme delivery, or business transformation. Comfortable working across business and technology teams. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills. Good understanding of technology and delivery processes. Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and delivering initiatives in a complex transformation environment. Any experience in enterprise M&A will be useful

Core Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into coordinated work across technical teams, managing priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues. Coordinate end-to-end delivery, UAT, business sign-off, adoption, and change readiness, while reporting progress to leadership and bridging business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

Requires CPG domain experience and strong experience in business analysis, project or programme delivery, or business transformation, ideally involving Product App delivery. Candidates should be skilled in stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, cross-functional dependency management, and technology delivery processes; enterprise M&A experience is useful.
