About the role We’re looking for a creative and energetic TikTok & Marketing Intern.Are you always on TikTok, know exactly which trends are about to take off and constantly think, we could make content out of this? Then we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities Come up with, film and edit TikToks and Instagram Reels Spot TikTok trends, sounds and formats and turn them into TMD Locks content Be comfortable appearing on camera and try out different formats Create content featuring our products, colleagues, customers and creators Brainstorm creative campaigns and social media content Publish content on TikTok and Instagram Look at performance and discover which content works best Most importantly: create, test, experiment and have fun What we're looking for: You are currently studying and available for 1 to 5 days a week You love TikTok and know what’s trending You’re creative and come up with ideas of your own You enjoy filming and editing videos You’re not afraid to be in front of the camera You’re independent, enthusiastic and curious You speak and write English well. TikToks en Instagram Reels bedenken, filmen en editen TikTok-trends, sounds en formats spotten en vertalen naar TMD Locks-content Het leuk vinden om voor de camera te staan en verschillende formats uit te proberen Content maken met onze slimme sloten, collega's, klanten en creators Meedenken over creatieve campagnes en social media-content Content publiceren op TikTok en Instagram Resultaten bekijken en ontdekken welke content het beste werkt En het allerbelangrijkste: maken, testen, experimenteren en plezier hebben Wat zoeken we? Je volgt momenteel een opleiding en bent 1 tot 5 dagen per week beschikbaar Je bent gek op TikTok en weet wat er speelt en trending is Je bent creatief en komt zelf met ideeën Je vindt het leuk om video's te filmen en te editen Je bent niet bang om voor de camera te staan Je bent zelfstandig, enthousiast en nieuwsgierig Je spreekt en schrijft goed Engels. Core Responsibilities

Create, film, edit, and publish TikToks and Instagram Reels, adapting emerging trends, sounds, and formats into content featuring the company’s products and people. Brainstorm campaigns, experiment with different content formats, and review performance to identify what works best.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently studying and available one to five days per week, with a strong interest in TikTok trends and the ability to generate original ideas. They should enjoy filming and editing, be comfortable appearing on camera, work independently, and speak and write English well; Dutch and/or German is an advantage.
