About the Role We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support / Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of daily sales administration. You will be responsible for sales-related administration, order processing, customer documentation, CRM updates and coordination between customers, the sales team and other departments. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team. Process and maintain customer orders and sales documentation. Prepare quotations, contracts and other sales-related documents. Enter and update customer and vehicle information in the CRM/DMS system. Follow up on customer orders and coordinate delivery-related information. Assist the Sales team with customer communication and administrative requests. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Aftersales departments. Maintain accurate customer records and sales files. Assist with vehicle registration, delivery documentation and other administrative procedures. Prepare sales reports and assist with data collection and analysis. Follow company procedures and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Support showroom activities and other administrative tasks when required. Requirements Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service or a similar position is preferred. Strong administrative and organisational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with CRM or DMS systems is a plus. Fluent in Chinese and English. Dutch language skills are a strong plus. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Valid driving licence is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary. A stable position within a growing automotive company. Requirements
Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred, along with strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills. Applicants should be fluent in Chinese and English, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately; Dutch, automotive experience, CRM/DMS experience, and a valid driving licence are advantages.
