RSW TAR Rotating Engineer (m/f/x) Velsen Noord, Netherlands｜req33828 What You Will Enjoy Doing Support the definition, challenge, and optimization of turnaround and project scopes related to rotating equipment Collaborate with Reliability Engineers, Process Safety Engineers, Maintenance Specialists, and Operations personnel to develop detailed maintenance work scopes Prepare technical work packages, job plans, bills of materials, and execution methodologies for rotating equipment maintenance activities Define technical requirements and specifications for materials, spare parts, repair services, and specialized contractors Coordinate and integrate all supporting turnaround activities including scaffolding, insulation removal and reinstatement, lifting operations, temporary facilities, logistics, and work permit management to ensure safe and efficient execution Create and manage purchase requisitions and support procurement through technical bid evaluations and vendor clarifications What Makes You Great Strong technical knowledge of static and rotating equipment combined with experience in turnaround planning and execution processes Proven ability to supervise contractors and manage field execution activities effectively Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities to minimize operational risks and schedule impacts Good leadership skills to guide teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Proficiency in computer tools such as SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Project to support maintenance and turnaround activities At least five years of experience in maintenance, reliability, turnaround, shutdown, or project management roles within industrial sectors, with good English language skills and Dutch considered a plus projects Why you will love working with us At Linde one of our objectives is to develop best-in-class solutions for our customers. Core Responsibilities

Define and optimize turnaround and project scopes for rotating equipment, and prepare technical work packages, job plans, material requirements, and execution methods. Coordinate supporting activities, contractors, procurement, and field execution to deliver maintenance work safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Requires strong knowledge of static and rotating equipment, turnaround planning and execution experience, and the ability to supervise contractors and lead teams while maintaining safety and quality standards. Applicants need at least five years of relevant industrial experience, proficiency with SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Project, and good English; Dutch is an advantage.
