About This Vacancy As a R&D Engineer Physics at TMC, you work on complex R&D challenges where physics, modelling and experimentation come together. You investigate physical behaviour, develop models and validate them through hands-on experiments. Core Responsibilities

Develop physical and mathematical models, design and conduct experiments, and analyze results to validate models against measurements and experimental data. Translate complex technical challenges into clear hypotheses and solutions, taking ownership from initial investigation through validation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

A BSc, MSc, or PhD in Applied Physics or Physics is requested, along with 0–3 years of industry experience and experience in modelling, experimentation, and data analysis. The candidate should be analytical, hands-on, curious, proactive, independent, and results-driven, with strong ownership; fluent English is required, Dutch is preferred, and full-time on-site work in Venlo is expected.
