We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our Purchasing team at the Munro Tailoring headquarters in Amsterdam. If you’re organized with a can-do attitude – keep reading. About The Job As Purchasing Intern at Munro Tailoring, you will: Check stock positions with our factories; Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers; Support with small IT development and improvements projects; Manage stock positions of raw materials; Help with administrative tasks; Arrange weekly shipments to our Italian ateliers; If required, handle small purchasing related projects (e.g. cost saving, analysis etc.). About You You are enrolled in a related study at MBO (Vocational education) or HBO (bachelor degree) level; You are enrolled in related study; You have good command of English; You have experience with Microsoft Office; You can work independently and have a proactive mindset and can-do attitude; You are detail-oriented; You are available for at least 5 months starting September 2027. Core Responsibilities

Monitor factory and raw-material stock positions, follow up on supplier purchase orders, and coordinate weekly shipments to Italian ateliers. Support administrative tasks, small IT improvement projects, and purchasing projects such as cost-saving initiatives and analysis.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a related MBO vocational or HBO bachelor's-level study program and have a good command of English and experience with Microsoft Office. They should be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently, and available for at least five months starting September 2027.
