We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Operations Specialist (COS) team at Munro Tailoring’s headquarters in Amsterdam. About The Job As a COS intern Your tasks will include: Responding to standard customer inquiries via email and phone; Assisting with return requests and complaint handling; Checking and entering customer data into our systems; You’ll Also Bring New Energy By Offering fresh ideas for customer communications; Giving feedback on existing processes — “Why do we do it this way? Could it be improved?”. Contributing To Internal Content & Documentation Helping to create or update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); Supporting our customer satisfaction survey: setting it up, analysing responses, and sharing insights. Supporting the team by taking on smaller but important tasks: Helping with unpacking and checking incoming packages to ensure everything is in perfect order and ready for the next step. About You Ideally you will be: You are enrolled in related study on vocational or bachelor level; You have a good command of English and great communication skills; You are familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel; You are eager to learn new systems; You can work independently and have a proactive mindset; You are detail-oriented; You are available for at least 5 months starting February 2027. Core Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, assist with returns and complaints, maintain customer data, and help check incoming packages. Contribute ideas to improve customer communications and processes, update internal procedures, and support customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

Applicants should be enrolled in a related vocational or bachelor-level program and have strong English communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently, and available for at least five months starting February 2027.
