Job Description How you will contribute Lead the Operational Excellence strategy across our European Contract Logistics network, driving continuous improvement, operational performance, and sustainable business growth. Create alignment across countries by developing and implementing common processes, tools, systems, and ways of working. Partner with leaders across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, HR, HSEQ, Security, and Key Account Management to deliver strategic priorities and transformation initiatives. Guide and develop capabilities across Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, Solution Design, Project Management, Warehouse Management Systems, Health & Safety, and Security. Lead the development of customer-focused, commercially viable logistics solutions for new business opportunities, contract renewals, and operational transformations. Support strategic bids, customer proposals, and business growth initiatives through strong operational and commercial expertise. Oversee major implementation, transformation, and integration programs, ensuring consistent execution, effective risk management, and delivery of expected outcomes. Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability improvements through data-driven decision-making and operational best practices. Build a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across the European network. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational performance, future capabilities, and transformation opportunities. What You Will Bring Significant leadership experience in Operational Excellence, Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or a related field within a complex, multi-site environment - ideally within contract logistics Experience leading large-scale operational improvement programs and working effectively across multiple countries, functions, or business units. Strong understanding of solution design, process optimization, commercial decision-making, and delivering measurable business results. Ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong partnerships, and translate strategy into execution. Fluency in English and willingness to significantly travel across Europe as required. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Intelligence, Warehouse Management Systems, or other operational excellence methodologies and tools. Experience supporting customer acquisition, solution design, strategic bids, mergers and acquisitions, or business integration activities. Experience leading international teams through periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change. Core Responsibilities

Lead the Operational Excellence strategy across the European Contract Logistics network, aligning processes and capabilities while driving productivity, efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused logistics solutions, support bids and business growth, and oversee major implementation, transformation, and integration programs.

Requirements

Significant leadership experience in Operational Excellence, transformation, or continuous improvement in a complex, multi-site environment is required, ideally in contract logistics, along with experience leading large-scale programs and international teams. Candidates should bring strong solution design, process optimization, commercial, and stakeholder-influencing capabilities; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Intelligence, or Warehouse Management Systems; fluency in English; and willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
