Do you like an active job that is done by lunchtime? You work at the world's largest flower marketplace in Aalsmeer. You start at 06:00 and finish around 12:00. Your afternoons are free. No experience needed: you get full training. You earn €16.60 to €24.90 per hour, including shift allowances. Over de functie Do you like to keep moving and see your work get done by the end of the morning? For our client in Aalsmeer, we are looking for order pickers and logistics employees. Together with your team, you get millions of flowers and plants to the right customers on time. As an order picker, you collect and process orders quickly and accurately. You also make sure every trolley ends up at the right place. This is what a working day looks like: You pick and process flower and plant orders You move trolleys with flowers and plants through the auction warehouse You sort products and bring them to the right locations You check orders for quality and quantity You keep your work area clean and safe You work with your colleagues to reach the daily targets You drive an electric tug or an order picking vehicle. No experience? No problem, you get full training before you start. Your shift starts at 06:00 and usually ends at 12:00. Some days the shift runs until 13:00. Core Responsibilities

Pick and process flower and plant orders, move trolleys through the auction warehouse, and sort products to their correct locations. Check orders for quality and quantity, maintain a clean and safe work area, and work with colleagues to meet daily targets.

Requirements

Applicants must be available at least three days per week, including every Monday and Friday, and be able to start at 06:00 in Aalsmeer. They should be physically fit, accurate, responsible, and able to speak Dutch or English; no prior experience is required because training is provided.
