Wat ga je doen?
Als Customer Sales & Solutions Manager (CSSM) bij MediaMarkt ben jij hét gezicht van onze winkel als het gaat om verkoop én klantbeleving. Jij geeft richting én energie aan het Sales & Solutions team: je motiveert, coacht en daagt collega’s uit om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je vertaalt landelijke strategieën en targets naar concrete acties op de winkelvloer en zorgt dat elke klant zich welkom voelt en perfect geholpen wordt. Jij stuurt aan op topprestaties op zowel commercieel als menselijk vlak.
Verder draag je elke dag proactief bij aan:
- Het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het Sales & Solutions team
- Commerciële strategieën en acties omzetten naar zichtbare resultaten in de winkel
- Analyseren van verkoopresultaten en continu verbeteren van processen
- Waarborgen van topservice bij elk klantcontact
- Bouwen aan een positieve en inspirerende teamsfeer waar iedereen mag groeien

MediaMarkt Groningen Centrum ligt in winkelgebied Westerhaven, op tien minuten van het station. Je werkt met 39 collega’s in een hecht, vriendschappelijk team waar iedereen elkaar helpt. Het werk is afwisselend: veel kleine aankopen, locals én buitenlandse studenten, en vooral in het weekend bruist het. Nieuwe collega’s krijgen een ervaren buddy, zodat je je snel thuis voelt. Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring in retail of sales (minimaal 2-3 jaar is een pré)
- Je bent 38 uur per week beschikbaar
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, resultaatgericht en een coach voor je team
- Je krijgt energie van het motiveren en ontwikkelen van collega’s
- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in het weekend en bij koopavonden
- Jouw focus ligt op maximale klanttevredenheid én teamresultaten
- Je denkt creatief, werkt zelfstandig én schakelt makkelijk met je team

Core Responsibilities
You will lead, coach, and motivate the Sales & Solutions team to achieve commercial targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will translate national strategies into actionable floor operations and analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of leadership experience in retail or sales and is available for 38 hours per week. You must be commercially driven, flexible to work weekends and evenings, and possess strong coaching skills.
