As Supervisor – 7 Paintings Experience, you will lead the daily operation and be one of the faces of the experience. This is not a traditional restaurant supervisor role: you will combine operational leadership with hosting, storytelling, and guest entertainment, guiding groups of up to 40 guests through an evening they will remember.

You will lead and support the service team while ensuring the timing between the show, kitchen and service comes together seamlessly.

Responsibilities

What Will You Be Doing?

Create & Host an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Welcome guests and create an engaging first impression.
• Act as the primary host of the 7 Paintings experience.
• Introduce the concept and guide guests through their immersive dining journey.
• Present and describe each course, including the story and artistic inspiration behind it.
• Build rapport with guests and encourage participation in the interactive elements of the experience.
• Manage guest expectations and respond professionally to special requests.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Lead the Operation

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of scheduled 7 Paintings experiences.
• Lead and support team members before, during and after each show.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, banquet team and technical support.
• Maintain smooth timing between show elements, food delivery and guest engagement.
• Monitor service standards and ensure Hilton brand expectations are consistently delivered.
• Support room setup, show preparation and breakdown.

Coordinate Food & Beverage Service

• Ensure all courses are served correctly and according to the timing of the experience.
• Verify menu information, dietary requirements, and allergy information.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless culinary journey.
• Drive beverage sales and identify natural upselling opportunities.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation standards.

Lead & Develop the Team

• Coach, motivate and support team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Contribute to performance and development conversations.
• Foster a positive, energetic and collaborative team culture.

Support the Daily Operation

• Complete daily operational reports.
• Monitor stock levels and equipment requirements.
• Assist with scheduling and labour planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who combines strong hospitality skills with personality and confidence. You do not need to be a professional entertainer, but you should enjoy being in front of guests and feel comfortable taking the lead.

Experience

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience within hospitality, restaurants, banqueting, events, or hotels is preferred.
• Experience hosting events, dinner shows or other guest-facing experiences is an advantage.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment.

Skills & Qualities

• Confident and engaging when speaking to groups of 20–40 guests.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Passion for storytelling, guest engagement and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm during a live operation.
• Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional, positive and energetic personality.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and additional languages are an advantage.

Useful to Know

This role mainly takes place during evenings and weekends and requires being comfortable walking and standing for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying moderate weights.
