Job Description
Als Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator ondersteun je de dagelijkse shipping- en warehouseactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat uitgaande zendingen correct worden gecoördineerd en dat relevante magazijn- en voorraadgegevens nauwkeurig worden bijgehouden.
Je werkt nauw samen met logistieke partners en interne teams. Daarbij combineer je praktische shippingcoördinatie met administratieve werkzaamheden, waaronder exportdocumentatie, facturatie, retourzendingen en voorraadmutaties.
Dit is een fulltime functie op locatie in Etten-Leur voor 40 uur per week.
Responsibilities
- Coördineren en samenbrengen van shippinginformatie voor uitgaande goederen naar interne en externe klanten.
- Organiseren van zendingen en afstemmen met vervoerders en relevante derde partijen.
- Verzorgen en verwerken van douane- en exportdocumentatie, waaronder certificaten van oorsprong.
- Bijhouden en verwerken van warehousegegevens en voorraadmutaties in de relevante systemen.
- Verzorgen van facturatie voor verkooporders en verwerken van creditnota's voor retourzendingen.
- Coördineren van transport en systeemverwerking voor Return Material Authorizations (RMA's).
- Zorgdragen voor nauwkeurige en volledige shippingfiles en bijbehorende documentatie.
- Nauw samenwerken met interne teams en externe logistieke partners om tijdige en nauwkeurige shipping- en warehouseactiviteiten te ondersteunen.
- Archiveren van documentatie
Qualifications
- HBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardig niveau op basis van relevante werkervaring.
- Circa 2-3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare shipping-, warehouse- of logistieke coördinatiefunctie.
- Ervaring met een ERP-systeem, bijvoorbeeld Oracle EBS of SAP.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met name Word en Excel.
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Engelse als de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Core Responsibilities
Coordinate outbound shipments, work with carriers and logistics partners, and prepare customs and export documentation. Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records, process sales invoices and return credit notes, coordinate RMA transport and system updates, and archive shipping documentation.
Requirements
Applicants should have an HBO-level education or equivalent experience and approximately 2–3 years of relevant shipping, warehouse, or logistics coordination experience. Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle EBS or SAP, strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and written and spoken proficiency in English and Dutch are required.
