We are looking for talented individuals to join our Riyadh, KSA office as a Consultant.
Responsibilities
As a Consultant at Arthur D. Little, you will:
- Take front-to-end accountability for a number of business analysis projects that you structure and complete with minor senior guidance
- Build compelling presentations conveying key messages in a clear way
- Present your recommendations with poise and confidence to senior audiences
- Assist other members of the team to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications
As future Consultant you:
- Gained 3-4 years experience in consulting, banking, industry, or have recently completed an MBA.
- Are a result-oriented individual with established interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
- Have the right analytical skills to tackle challenging questions and solve complex business issues with minimal support
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for presenting with impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt rapidly to diverse environment
Core Responsibilities
Take ownership of business analysis projects from structuring through completion, with limited senior guidance, and develop presentations that communicate key messages clearly. Present recommendations to senior audiences and support team members in delivering successful projects.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or industry, or have recently completed an MBA. They should demonstrate strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to diverse environments.
