Satelligence Graphic Designer We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for sustainability to join our marketing team. 🕗 Employment type: 32-40h / week 📍 Location: Utrecht, NL 👜 Experience: Medior level ✉️ Contact: [email protected] 💶 Salary: 45k-60k / 40h (including 8% holiday pay) About the job Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Graphic Designer will have an important role in shaping and executing the visual language of our brand. By creating impactful brand materials, assets, and graphics in collaboration with the marketing team, you captivate our target audience and drive brand recognition for Satelligence. While maintaining brand consistency, you contribute creative ideas to our marketing and develop top-notch concepts for our projects. You are encouraged to showcase your skills on a daily basis and can fulfill your passion by translating abstract ideas into appealing concepts for our visual appearance. What will you do? ➡️ Generate innovative concepts by brainstorming, researching, and translating ideas into visual designs ➡️ Create a variety of designs including website graphics, brand assets (e.g., posters, presentation decks), event materials (e.g, roll-up banners), and templates (e.g., social media) ➡️ Maintain brand consistency from concept to print-ready products ➡️ Ensure brand coherence across online platforms managed by UX/UI designers ➡️ Communicate design ideas and deliverables effectively to stakeholders ➡️ Collaborate with vendors, printers, and agencies for high-quality print and digital production ➡️ Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and techniques, implementing them into new designs What we’re looking for? ✅ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field ✅ 4+ years of design experience in agency, studio or internal team ✅ Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality designs ✅A future colleague who also feels comfortable taking ownership of different tasks rather than only big campaigns ✅ Detail-oriented with a focus on pixel-perfect visuals and elegant solutions for complex problems ✅ Enthusiastic collaborator with self-motivation to work autonomously ✅ Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design ✅ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma ✅ Experience in website layout and design ✅ Confidence in project management ✅Knowledge of After Effects, video and motion design ☑️ Nice to have: knowledge of WordPress

Core Responsibilities

Develop visual concepts and create brand materials, website graphics, presentations, event assets, and social media templates while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, UX/UI designers, vendors, printers, and agencies to deliver high-quality print and digital work.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, plus at least four years of design experience. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, have strong visual design fundamentals and project management skills, and be able to manage multiple projects independently; After Effects and motion design knowledge are also sought.
