Key Skills
Job Description
Required Technical Skills- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, 11 operating systems. Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. Experience supporting Apple iPhoneiPad devices. Experience supporting Android smartphones and tablets. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management. Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCPIP, VPN).Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and asset lifecycle management
Core Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support for Windows computers, Microsoft 365 applications, and Apple and Android mobile devices. Support meeting room technologies, troubleshoot hardware and basic network issues, use a ticketing system, and assist with asset lifecycle management.
Requirements
Requires strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and experience supporting Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and mobile devices. Candidates should also have knowledge of Intune and mobile device management, meeting room technologies, basic networking, ticketing systems, hardware troubleshooting, and asset lifecycle management.
