About Equilinq
Industry: International Trade and Development
Company size: 11-50 employees
Equilinq is the trusted partner for European brands working with Chinese factories. Incorporated with one of the founders of Tencent. You send us the product you want made. We find and check the factory, agree the price, check every order at our warehouse in China before it ships and deliver to your door. You get one landed price in euros before you pay: the goods, our fee and the freight on one invoice, with import VAT and duty for your country shown separately so nothing arrives as a surprise. The invoice you approve is the invoice you get. With every order you can add our compliance pack (EUR 250 to 500): the documents your product needs to be sold legally in the EU, prepared with the factory and checked by us. Since December 2024 the General Product Safety Regulation makes the importer responsible for this. Most sourcing agents leave it to you. We put our name on it, and if customs stops a shipment over paperwork we handled, we fix it at our cost. What we do: sourcing of consumer goods and apparel, custom and private-label production, finished electronics under your name, quality checks, the EU compliance pack and consolidated shipping to the EU. Prototyping when you need it. How we work: you pay the invoice in full, we pay the factory, we carry the risk. If the goods do not match the approved sample, we reship or refund our fee. We work from our office in Amsterdam and have our own team in Shenzhen. Equilinq Limited is registered in Hong Kong. Start with one order at equilinq.eu.
