We see ourselves as innovators, constantly looking for new ways to surprise and delight our audience. About the role As a Shirt & Operations Specialist, you’ll be right at the heart of the action! From the moment a match-worn shirt arrives to the moment it’s ready for its next destination, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly, quickly and to the highest standard. Your eye for detail, hands-on mindset and drive for quality will directly shape the experience we deliver to fans and partners around the world. Every shirt has a story — and based in our brand-new facility in Zaandam, you’ll play a vital role in unlocking its full potential and turning these unique pieces of football history into treasured collectibles. Your responsibilities include: Inbound Processing: Processing inbound shirt flows efficiently from clubs and partner teams. Product Photography: Conducting product photography to showcase items at our high visual standard. Authentication: Handling the precise authentication process for unique match-worn items. Framing Fulfillment: Preparing and framing shirts to our exact high-quality standards. Global Shipping: Shipping outbound shirt and frame orders securely to fans worldwide. Logistics & Operations: Supporting internal logistics, warehouse operations and continuous process improvements. We are looking for the following skillset: Experience: Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus. Mindset: A hands-on doer with a proactive, goal-oriented and "can-do" mentality who takes true ownership. Precision: Highly detail-oriented and precise when handling valuable, one-of-a-kind memorabilia. Licensing: Possession of a valid Driver's license. Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus. Legal: Fully eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU passport or valid Dutch work permit). Location: You are currently based in the Amsterdam area or in a commutable distance. What We Offer Informal and Sporty Environment: An informal, international and sports-focused work environment. Location & Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) based in our facility in Zaandam. Standard hours are 09:00–18:00, with flexibility required for occasional weekend and evening shifts. Our procedure Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min). Interview round 1 (± 45-60 min). In-person skill assessment with a following; In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min). Core Responsibilities

Process incoming shirts, photograph and authenticate match-worn items, prepare and frame shirts, and securely ship orders to fans worldwide. Support warehouse and internal logistics operations while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Candidates should be hands-on, proactive, goal-oriented, and precise when handling valuable memorabilia; production or logistics experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license, fluent English, eligibility to work in the Netherlands, and residence within commuting distance of Amsterdam are required; Dutch is a strong plus.
