Team Lead HR (HR Manager) — Delft Circuits (Delft) Help us build the HR function of a deep-tech company that is doubling in size. Every quantum computer needs to be connected, and our Cri/oFlex® cabling does exactly that. We have grown to nearly 60 people and aim to double in size during 2027. The foundation is in place: a job architecture, promotion policy and compensation structure under the CAO Metalektro. Your job is to build the HR operation on top of it. As Team Lead HR, you own HR end-to-end. You will lead a growing HR team, report to our CFO and work closely with the MT. You run recruitment, onboarding, the reward cycle and absence cases. You support our international workforce of thirteen nationalities. You build the relationship with our new works council. And you set up our internal academy, from first training programme to a development path along the job architecture. What you'll bring: ✔ At least 10 years of broad HR experience, in a technical, manufacturing and/or scale-up environment ✔ Proven experience leading an HR function or team ✔ Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and the full HR cycle ✔ Experience with highly skilled migrants, the 30% ruling and expat onboarding ✔ Fluent Dutch and English ✔ A plus: CAO Metalektro, works council experience, job architecture or reward design, scaling HR through rapid growth Why Delft Circuits? Core Responsibilities

Own the HR function end-to-end, lead the growing HR team, and manage recruitment, onboarding, rewards, and absence cases while supporting an international workforce. Build the relationship with the works council and establish an internal academy and development pathways aligned with the job architecture.

Requirements

Requires at least 10 years of broad HR experience, proven experience leading an HR function or team, and strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and the full HR cycle. Candidates must have experience supporting highly skilled migrants, the 30% ruling, and expat onboarding, and be fluent in Dutch and English; experience with CAO Metalektro, works councils, job architecture, reward design, or rapid-growth scaling is an advantage.
