About J&T Express J&T Express is a global logistics service provider specializing in express delivery and e-commerce logistics. As we expand our operations across the Benelux region (the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg), we are building our local team to support business growth and strengthen our regional operations. Key Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Analyze financial performance, costs, and key business metrics, providing insights to support management decisions. Monitor budget execution and identify potential risks and opportunities for cost optimization. Prepare regular financial reports and management presentations. Work closely with business and operations teams to evaluate performance and support business planning. Assist with financial analysis, business cases, and ad hoc projects as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial reporting. Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Fluent in Chinese and English Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage but not required.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and at least two years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related role are required. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, Excel and financial reporting proficiency, good communication skills, and fluency in Chinese and English; logistics or supply chain experience is an advantage.
