Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth processing of customer orders and serve as a key contact point for customers across Europe. You will coordinate with internal teams (procurement, supply chain, demand planning) to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, and you will support customers with updates and general inquiries. The ideal candidate has a customer-centered mindset, is well organized, and thrives in a dynamic, international environment. Qualifications Essential Bachelor’s degree (or MBO/HBO) in Business, Administration, or a related field 1–3 years’ experience in a sales support, order management, or customer service role (preferably FMCG, food, or trading industry) Fluent in English (spoken & written), Korean is a plus Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail Preferred Experience with ERP systems (SAP, or similar) Knowledge of Dutch or another major European language Prior experience in an international environment Key responsibilities Order & Documentation Management Process customer orders accurately and on time Prepare and communicate purchase orders, pro forma invoices, and commercial invoices Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete, correct, and aligned with company procedures. Customer Communication Act as the go-to contact for customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and general questions Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and professional communication Build strong relationships with customers by proactively addressing their needs and requests Internal Coordination Liaise with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless order handling and delivery Follow up internally to resolve issues that may delay customer orders Share customer feedback and insights with the Sales team to support continuous improvement Support & Reporting Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and customer data management Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency What We Offer A salary that ranges between €3,100 and €3,500 gross per month Pension plan Commuting benefit Vitality Benefit (€50 a month) Lease Bike Option 25 days of paid time off Company laptop & phone Free Accident & WIA Gap insurance Great office location in the centre of Amstelveen An international team of highly skilled colleagues Apply Today! Core Responsibilities

Process customer orders and sales documentation accurately, and serve as the main contact for customer questions, order status, and delivery updates. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams, maintain ERP and CRM records, and support sales administration, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree or MBO/HBO qualification in business, administration, or a related field, plus 1–3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or customer service. Candidates should be fluent in English, proficient with Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Outlook—and have strong communication and organizational skills; ERP experience and Dutch or another European language are preferred.
