Together, we are looking for a procurement leader who will play a key role in shaping the technology landscape that supports Action’s continued international expansion. As Lead Procurement Manager Technology & Innovation | Action, you will lead a team within the international procurement organization and work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and Legal. You will define procurement strategy, manage key vendor relationships and ensure Action’s technology ecosystem remains scalable, innovative, and future-proof. Negotiate and manage strategic vendor contracts, collaborate with Technology, Legal, and Finance stakeholders, and help build a scalable procurement organization.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and more than 10 years of experience in an international technology or IT procurement environment are required. Candidates should bring strong category management and supplier negotiation experience, excellent stakeholder, analytical, communication, and project management skills, and the ability to express opinions confidently, remain resilient under pressure, and maintain an overview.
