Our BYD Europe team in Hoofddorp is expanding, and we are looking for a Junior Quality Engineer - Dealer Service Evaluation with a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence to support our dealer service operations across Europe. About The Job In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing dealer service data to identify trends, measure service quality, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. You will work closely with the sales teams to build and maintain a robust data analytics platform. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data related to dealer service performance Conduct occasional on-site dealer assessments and mystery shopping visits across Europe Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark dealer service levels Design and develop dashboards and visual reports in BI tools Communicate in a clear and effective way with team members, stakeholders and be able to create engaging presentations Provide actionable recommendations to improve dealer service operations Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, preferably in automotive, retail, or service industry Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail Proficient in BI tools for dashboard creation and data visualization Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills in English AND other European Languages Willing to travel at least half of the working time across Europe What We Offer Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing Quality team. Core Responsibilities

Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize dealer service data, and conduct occasional dealer assessments and mystery shopping visits across Europe. Benchmark service levels through competitor and market analysis, develop BI dashboards and reports, and recommend improvements to dealer service operations.

Requirements

Requires 1–3 years of relevant data analytics experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or service industries, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should be proficient in BI tools, have advanced Excel skills, communicate effectively in English and another European language, and be willing to travel across Europe at least half the working time.
