Key Responsibilities: Execute European distributor courses in person and on-site coaching for distributors. Responsible for the process tracking and preparation of course materials. Responsible for post-training, course implementation and evaluation of trainees. Communicate with overseas technical engineers and collect technical cases to form documents. Course development and improvement. Assist in the development of training plans. Improve your skills knowledge according to the iteration and update of products and technologies. Support for skills competitions or other technical activities. Other work assigned by the leader. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of work experience with more than 3 years related experience. Enthusiasm of New Energy Vehicle and training work. Fluent English and Dutch. Other European language is a plus. Willing and flexible to travel among European countries; willing to travel to China. Core Responsibilities

Deliver technical courses and on-site coaching for European distributors, prepare and track course materials, and evaluate training outcomes. Gather technical cases from overseas engineers, improve courses and training plans, maintain product and technology knowledge, and support skills competitions and other technical activities.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of work experience, including more than three years of related experience, along with enthusiasm for new energy vehicles and training. Fluent English and Dutch are required; another European language is an advantage, and the role requires flexibility to travel across Europe and to China.
