It anticipates risks, prevents incidents and makes industrial environments safer and smarter. We're looking for a high-agency, hands-on engineer who wants to build technology, not just work on it. What You'll Build & Own Technical Leadership: Own our AI architecture, engineering roadmap and technical direction alongside the founders. AI R&D: Develop proprietary computer vision, deep learning and agentic AI algorithms. Real-Time Intelligence: Build object detection, segmentation, behavioral analysis and predictive risk models. Edge AI: Optimize GPU inference, real-time video processing and scalable backend systems. Innovation: Lead technical experimentation, prototyping and model optimization while helping shape our engineering team. Your Technical DNA Education: Degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering or a related field. MSc/PhD is a plus. Core Stack: Languages: Python (essential), C++, SQL, Bash. AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, YOLO. Backend: FastAPI, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka. Edge AI: CUDA, ONNX, TensorRT. Engineering: Linux, Git, CI/CD. Experience: Ideally 5+ years in software engineering with strong AI/ML expertise. Exceptional builders with 3+ years are encouraged to apply. You don't need to know every tool. Core Responsibilities

Own the AI architecture, engineering roadmap, and technical direction while developing computer vision, deep learning, and agentic AI algorithms. Build real-time detection, segmentation, behavioral analysis, and predictive risk systems, optimize edge inference and video processing, and lead technical experimentation and model optimization.

Requirements

A degree in computer science, AI, software engineering, or a related field is requested; an MSc or PhD is a plus. The role seeks ideally 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong AI/ML expertise, though exceptional candidates with 3+ years are encouraged, along with hands-on skills in the listed AI, backend, edge, and engineering technologies.
