About The Role Are you passionate about working deeply within the Microsoft cloud environment and seeking greater ownership over migrations, security enhancements, and management standards? In this role, you will work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID to manage and optimize cloud environments for our clients. You will be empowered to not only resolve incidents but also to implement structural improvements, automate processes, and contribute to secure cloud solutions. Based in our office in Hilversum, you will operate within an ICT and security organization that values proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include managing and enhancing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, designing and implementing compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment strategies in Intune. You will configure Conditional Access, identity governance, and RBAC within Entra ID. Analyzing complex incidents and performing root-cause analyses will be part of your daily tasks. You will develop and improve PowerShell scripts to streamline management processes, create technical documentation, and advise clients and internal stakeholders on Microsoft cloud solutions. Additionally, supporting less experienced colleagues and sharing your knowledge within the team are integral parts of your role. Core Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and secure clients' Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including migrations, Intune policies, and Entra ID access controls. Investigate complex incidents, automate management with PowerShell, maintain technical standards, advise clients, and support less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

Candidates should have 3–5 years of cloud management experience and strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID. They should be able to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, communicate technical concepts effectively, and preferably have PowerShell experience and relevant Microsoft certifications.
