Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including active sourcing, application screening, and qualified interviews, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Develop targeted recruiting strategies, optimize processes and KPIs, and collaborate with international stakeholders on projects.
Requirements
Several years of white-collar recruiting experience, including interviewing and active sourcing, are required, along with leadership experience in international teams. Candidates should bring strong market understanding, stakeholder management, organizational and communication skills, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and fluency in Dutch and English.
