Job title: Sales & Showroom Manager Golden Lotus B.V. is looking for a full-time Sales & Showroom Manager for the 4MAX FLOOR showroom in Dordrecht. The role focuses on showroom sales, customer communication, quotation handling, product advice and daily commercial coordination. Main responsibilities include: * Welcoming and advising customers in the showroom * Following up on customer enquiries and sales leads * Preparing and following up quotations * Providing product advice and suitable flooring solutions * Coordinating customer orders and installation planning * Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers and installation partners * Supporting the daily commercial activities and further growth of the 4MAX FLOOR showroom Requirements: * Fluent in Dutch and English * Strong communication and customer service skills * Commercial and sales-oriented mindset * Well organised and able to work independently * Experience in sales, retail, showroom operations or customer service is preferred Location: Dordrecht, Netherlands Employment type: Full-time Company: Golden Lotus B.V. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, strong communication and customer service skills, and a commercial, sales-oriented mindset are required. Candidates should be well organized and able to work independently; experience in sales, retail, showroom operations, or customer service is preferred.
