For our eCommerce team, Carhartt EMEA/PAC is now looking for a new team member: Asset Producer The Asset Producer is responsible for the end-to-end creation, adaptation, and management of visual assets across ecommerce and digital channels. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, consistent, and channel-ready assets to support campaign execution and always-on content needs. This includes asset creation, versioning, localization, and optimisation to meet technical specifications and performance requirements. In addition, the role supports structured asset organisation and availability within Digital Asset Management systems, contributing to improved accessibility, speed to market, and operational efficiency. The Asset Producer plays a key role in ensuring that all assets are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with defined guidelines and requirements. While creative origination and overall art direction remain led by Marketing, the Asset Producer may contribute to the design, adaptation and refinement of assets (within marketing guidelines), applying an eCommerce lens to ensure suitability across channels and formats. The Asset Producer takes Marketing’s approved creative direction and produces all required asset variants – sizes, crops, and formats for ads, banners, PDP, email and social – at volume and on brand; guarantees brand consistency across every produced format, working within brand guidelines and style guides; does not take ownership of campaign concepting or art direction, which remain with Marketing. The Asset Producer may contribute through collaboration, but primarily focuses on execution, adaptation, and optimisation of approved creative. The Asset Producer collaborates with members of the eCommerce and Marketing teams and reports to the eCommerce Manager. Duties and responsibilities: Produce and version approved, brand-led campaign designs into every eCommerce-ready format and size required across channels – homepage, PDP, email, banners, and organic and paid social – optimized to each platform’s specifications while remaining faithful to the approved creative and visual identity. All imagery collation and editing for Carhartt.com - with focus on model imagery, product flats, lifestyle imagery and campaign imagery production, all delivered in a timely manner. Asset management support: support the (content) Marketing team with maintaining DAMs and product and lifestyle imagery availability. Support with marketing campaign toolkits, specifically around eCommerce and paid media executions. Act as the connector between Marketing (brand) and eCommerce, translating seasonal campaign concepts and always-on trading needs into consistent, scalable assets across all ecommerce and digital touchpoints. Collaborate closely with organic social (Marketing) and paid social (eCommerce) to maintain a consistent visual approach across social channels. Build and optimize production workflows, identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and scale asset output using tools such as Smartly and emerging production technologies. Support the (content) Marketing team with DAM maintenance (including the migration to and ongoing management of Canto) and ensuring product and lifestyle imagery is correctly sourced across EMEA and US portals, tagged, and available. Participate in weekly content syncs and following the agreed asset approval workflow and timelines to safeguard brand consistency and clear ownership. Ways of Working – Brand & eCommerce Collaboration The Asset Producer is a dedicated member of the eCommerce team and a key connector between Marketing and eCommerce. The role ensures brand-led campaigns are translated consistently, efficiently, and at scale across all ecommerce touchpoints – from PDP to social to paid media. Ownership model for asset production: Brand identity – owned by Marketing; Campaign concept – Marketing (seasonal) and eCommerce (homepage and trading); Asset production – Asset Producer; Channel adaptation – Asset Producer and eCommerce; Final approval – Marketing. Marketing supports the role through full onboarding on DAM solutions, brand guidelines, style guides (COE team) and product assortment (Merch team), regular guidance on locating assets across US and EMEA portals, and the opportunity to attend seasonal photoshoots. What do you bring to the table? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field. 1+ years of design experience. Experience with Figma or similar UX/UI tools is required. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is required. About Carhartt EMEA/PAC
Industry: Retail Apparel and Fashion
Company size: 51-200 employees
Founded in Detroit, Michigan, in 1889 by Hamilton Carhartt, Carhartt began with a simple mission: to serve hardworking people by crafting honest workwear built to last. Starting with two sewing machines and a small loft, Hamilton created the iconic bib overalls after listening to railroad workers' needs—a reflection of his belief in designing products that truly serve their purpose. His motto, "Honest value for an honest dollar," has guided the brand for over 135 years. Carhartt's journey from Detroit to Amsterdam marks its evolution into a global workwear icon. By the early 1900s, the company expanded internationally, and today, Carhartt EMEA/PAC is headquartered in Amsterdam, bringing Hamilton’s vision to skilled tradespeople, craftsmen, and outdoor enthusiasts across Europe. From rugged fabrics to functional designs, Carhartt EMEA/PAC continues the legacy of crafting apparel that works as hard as the people who wear it. Still family-owned, Carhartt is rooted in Hamilton’s values of dependability, honesty, and trust. Every garment we create carries the spirit of hardworking people and embodies a commitment to quality that builds lasting loyalty. "Carhartt will always remain the badge of a better buy to those who know the value of money." – Hamilton Carhartt
