You keep customers informed, ensure documentation is accurate and work closely with airlines, agents and colleagues around the world to deliver reliable service. Your Responsibilities at Air Freight Export: Coordinate and monitor international air freight export shipments from booking to departure Act as the main point of contact for customers, airlines, overseas agents and Yusen offices worldwide Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation Ensure shipments meet relevant customs, compliance and quality requirements Proactively monitor shipments and keep customers informed about their status Resolve operational issues and shipment exceptions quickly and effectively Prepare quotations and support customer-focused commercial solutions Contribute to process improvements and efficient day-to-day operations Work closely with colleagues across Operations, Customer Service and Sales Your Profile at Air Freight Export: MBO Level 4 qualification in Logistics, Air Freight or a comparable field Experience in air freight forwarding or air cargo operations, preferably within export Good understanding of air freight export processes Knowledge of air cargo regulations, customs procedures and GDP requirements Experience working with Transport Management Systems and Microsoft Office Strong organisational and problem-solving skills A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach A proactive and flexible mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Yusen Logistics? Core Responsibilities

Coordinate international air freight export shipments from booking through departure, managing customer communications, transport and customs documentation, and compliance requirements. Monitor shipment status, resolve operational exceptions, prepare quotations, and collaborate with global partners and internal teams to improve service and processes.

Requirements

Requires an MBO Level 4 qualification in logistics, air freight, or a comparable field, along with experience in air freight forwarding or air cargo operations, preferably in export. Candidates should understand export processes, air cargo regulations, customs procedures, and GDP requirements, and have experience with transport management systems and Microsoft Office, as well as strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
