Your Responsibilities as Billing Coordinator: The Billing Coordinator is responsible for independent execution of the financial administrative processes of the operational team and keeps track of correct invoicing in full. Creates the invoices for contract logistics Accurate and timely job costing Creates, maintains, checks, revises and adjusts purchase orders Maintains, checks and adjusts to the correct cost center of all purchase related invoices and other (general) invoices Takes care of finance disputes on vendor invoices Makes and registers credit notes according to signing powers Notices and reports (administrative) irregularities concerning customer invoicing Notices and reports (structural) irregularities on buying and selling rates Is the operational key user for financial systems and key person for operational finance related questions Your Profile: A great colleague to join our team who possesses following qualities: MBO4 /HBO level Excellent written and oral proficiency in Dutch and English; Experience with MS office and internal systems; Basic knowledge of logistic and administrative processes; Flexible; Accurate; Financial knowledge and insight; Eager to improve processes and status quo; Able to work under pressure. Core Responsibilities
Manage financial administration for the operational team, including contract logistics invoicing, job costing, purchase orders, cost centers, vendor invoice disputes, and credit notes. Monitor and report invoicing or rate irregularities, and serve as the operational key user for financial systems and finance-related questions.
Requirements
Requires MBO4 or HBO-level education, strong written and spoken Dutch and English, experience with Microsoft Office and internal systems, and basic knowledge of logistics and administrative processes. The candidate should have financial insight, be accurate and flexible, seek process improvement, and work effectively under pressure.
