Job Description
As an Analyst, you support the in day to day client related activities. You will collect and monitor key information on clients, prepare credit proposals and annual reviews, support the preparation of pitching materials, follow up on execution of won mandates, support on Due Diligence processes, as well as monitoring of internal processes related to risk management and financial performance. With experience, as Analyst you will assume full ownership on specific projects to improve the credit process efficiency. Responsibilities Working in close cooperation with Senior Banker(s), Global Relationship Manager(s), and other junior team members, on a dedicated set of clients Assisting Senior Banker(s) and Global Relationship Manager(s) with origination and follow up, which can entail pitch structuring and formatting, coordination of communication with product partners, financial analysis and peer benchmarking Supporting deal execution and ensuring operational excellence during milestone transactions Qualifications University MSc. degree with a maximum of 3 years’ experience Proactive and curious, willing to learn Accurate, with eye for detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to think of solutions What we offer A professional, high-paced and international environment in which you can grow A seat on-board of EMEA’s leading corporate and investment bank- Solid compensation
Core Responsibilities
Support senior bankers and relationship managers with day-to-day client activities, including credit proposals and annual reviews, pitch materials, due diligence, and financial analysis. Assist with deal execution, monitor risk and financial performance processes, and take ownership of projects to improve credit process efficiency.
Requirements
Requires a university MSc degree and a maximum of three years of experience. Candidates should be proactive, curious, accurate, detail-oriented, strong communicators, and able to develop solutions.
