A Food and Drink Waiter Breakfast with Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam is focussed on delivering an excellent Guest Experience within the Breakfast department. What will I be doing? You will be empowered to perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service Prepare set ups for tables Follow cash handling procedures Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure compliance of brand standards Strive to achieve departmental targets Ensure cleanliness of work areas What are we looking for? Skills A Food and Drink Waiter Breakfast serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: Previous Food & Drink and/or industry experience Positive attitude Early bird English language Good communication skills Candidate must be in the possession of a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service Excellent grooming standards Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations What benefits will I receive? Core Responsibilities

Welcome guests, take and deliver breakfast orders, prepare table setups, and handle payments while providing attentive, timely service. Maintain brand standards and clean work areas, respond to guest queries, and contribute to departmental targets.

Requirements

Previous food and drink or related industry experience, a positive attitude, and good communication skills are sought. Applicants should speak English, hold a valid Netherlands residence and work permit, maintain excellent grooming standards, and be flexible and committed to high-quality customer service.
