Forte Foods B.V. is looking for an accurate, organised Documentation Employee to join our team in Maasdijk. You'll make sure every shipment is documented for customers on time with complete and correct paperwork. What you'll do: • Prepare invoices, packing lists and customer statements. • Apply for and follow up on certificates (e.g. certificates of origin, health and phytosanitary certificates.) • Prepare customs and export documents, working with forwarders and brokers • Manage documentation for multiple container shipments every week. • Check that all documents match orders and destination requirements. What we're looking for: • Experience in export documentation, logistics or customs (food industry is a plus.) • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. •. Good command of English (and Dutch) • Confident with Excel & Quickbooks (E-cert is a plus.) Requirements

Experience in export documentation, logistics, or customs is sought, with food industry experience considered an advantage. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, have a good command of English and Dutch, and be confident using Excel and QuickBooks; E-cert is an advantage.
