Over de functie As a logistic employee you are responsible for handling stagnation- related items in cooperation with clients in the Inbound Department. The role involves organizing stagnation processes, managing tickets, and preparing returns while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Your main responsibilities are: Following up on stagnation tickets and closing tickets Booking stagnations in the system Preparing returns to suppliers for transport Operating EPT and using computer systems to manage daily tasks Working hours: Two-shift system from Monday to Friday: Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00 Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 00:00 Over het bedrijf Join DHL Supply Chain - a global logistics leader! Wat wij vragen Basic knowledge and experience in logistics Good command of English, both spoken and written Computer skills (Microsoft office package) Previous experience operating an electric pallet truck (EPT) - we can help you get certified! Core Responsibilities

Follow up on and close stagnation tickets, record stagnation items in the system, and coordinate related processes with clients in the Inbound Department. Prepare supplier returns for transport and use an electric pallet truck and computer systems to complete daily warehouse tasks safely and accurately.

Requirements

Applicants should have basic logistics knowledge and experience, good spoken and written English, and computer skills including Microsoft Office. Previous experience operating an electric pallet truck is requested, although the employer can provide certification at its expense.
