Analyse production data, prepare reports and recommend practical improvement measures. Support daily production coordination, priority setting and team discussions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability and quality. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health and environmental regulations. Collaborate with production colleagues and technical teams to achieve operational targets. Wat wij vragen Completed technical education at MBO level 3 or higher, preferably VAPRO B or an equivalent qualification. Several years of relevant experience as an Operator or Process Operator within an industrial production environment. Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery and operational procedures. Experience monitoring, adjusting and optimising industrial production processes. Ability to identify, analyse and resolve technical and operational disruptions. Strong attention to product quality, workplace safety and operational efficiency. A proactive, analytical and solution-oriented working approach. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Ability to work independently, take responsibility and remain effective under pressure. Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system and participate in additional technical training when required. Requirements
