Over de functie As an Material Handling Equipment Trainer, you are responsible for training, coaching, and guiding new and existing employees in the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment. Working closely with Team Leaders and Operations, you will help maintain high safety and quality standards, develop employee skills, and drive continuous improvement across the logistics operation. Your responsibilities include: Deliver practical training on reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet trucks, and order-picking trucks Coach and support new and existing employees in safe and efficient equipment operation Conduct skills assessments, manage certifications, and organize refresher training Monitor training records, identify safety risks, and recommend improvements Collaborate with Team Leaders and Operations to promote a strong safety culture and continuously improve operational processes Working hours: You will work in a day shift from Monday till Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Over het bedrijf DHL Weert is part of a global logistics leader that strives for excellence every day. Requirements

Applicants need MBO-level education or equivalent knowledge and experience, proficiency in English, and logistics or operations experience with practical knowledge of material handling equipment. Valid reach truck and/or forklift certificates, strong communication and coaching skills, and a proactive, safety-conscious attitude are also required.
