We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on complexity, enjoys bringing multidisciplinary teams together and takes ownership of projects from concept design through to final delivery. Based in Bergeijk, the Netherlands, Bloom operates internationally, developing and delivering unique architectural spaces and sensory experiences across cultural and public environments, visitor attractions, hospitality and commercial interiors. As our Project Manager, you will: Lead complex international projects from concept design to final handover. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables and potential risks. Oversee procurement activities and international partner collaborations. Ensure alignment between design, engineering, fabrication and installation. Work with Bloom's project management processes, including Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). Contribute to tenders and commercial activities to help develop new business opportunities. What we're looking for: At least 7 years of relevant project management experience in interior construction, exhibitions or unique architectural projects. Experience with tenders, procurement and managing subcontractors, including internationally. Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. A willingness to learn and apply structured project management methodologies, including CCPM. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally. Core Responsibilities

Lead complex international projects from concept design through final handover, coordinating clients, multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and international partners. Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, procurement, and alignment across design, engineering, fabrication, and installation, while supporting tenders and business development.

Requirements

Applicants need at least seven years of relevant project management experience in interior construction, exhibitions, or unique architectural projects, including experience with tenders, procurement, and subcontractors. Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with fluency in Dutch and English, willingness to learn structured methods such as CCPM, and willingness to travel internationally.
