About Family-First
Industry: Household Services
Company size: 2-10 employees
We support expat families in the Netherlands through the moments that ask more than they can carry alone. A new baby, a partner's illness, or simply the weight of building a life without the family and friends they left behind. Every family gets one dedicated Family Coordinator and a personally matched, certified helper, always the same face, never just whoever's available. For families: hands-on support at home, from newborn care to the daily load that piles up when your support network is an ocean away. Plus access to matrescence and identity coaching, included in every package. For employers & HR: the relocation package is complete, but the retention risk isn't. When a relocated employee's family struggles quietly at home, it shows up at work, in lost focus, and eventually, in an employee who leaves. We give HR one dedicated caseworker, one family care professional, and a family that stays settled. So your investment in international talent actually pays off. We start where relocation ends.
