Wij zijn op zoek naar een Operator B Productie bij Abbott Weesp in de 5 ploegen!
Samenvatting Functieprofiel Operator B
De functie Operator B richt zich op het zelfstandig beheersen van meerdere gekoppelde processtappen binnen de productieomgeving, met volledige aandacht voor veiligheid (EHS), kwaliteit (GMP) en procescontrole.
Wat ga jij doen?
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van visuele controles op inkomende materialen en controleren op kwaliteit en integriteit.
- Uitvoeren van procescontroles en registreren van resultaten volgens de geldende procedures.
- Bedienen van machines volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele normen en bijdragen aan een hoogwaardig eindproduct.
- Storingen signaleren en direct actie ondernemen om problemen op te lossen.
- Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden door bijvoorbeeld de beschikbaarheid van materialen te controleren.
- Structureel registreren van procesgegevens, KPI's en relevante kwaliteitsinformatie.
- Technische begeleiding bieden aan operators in opleiding en collega's ondersteunen bij hun ontwikkeling.
- Verzorgen van on-the-job training en technische coaching in afstemming met de teamleider.
Wat voor kennis en ervaring breng je mee?
- Minimaal MBO 2 niveau, bij voorkeur technisch gericht, of minimaal 2 jaar relevante productie-ervaring gecombineerd met MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau.
- Farmaceutisch vakman of gelijkwaardig.
- Voorkeur voor een VAPRO A/B opleiding.

Core Responsibilities
The Operator B is responsible for independently managing multiple linked process steps within a production environment while ensuring safety, quality, and process integrity. They also perform visual inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-the-job training to colleagues.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least an MBO 2 level education, preferably with a technical focus, or at least 2 years of relevant production experience. A VAPRO A/B qualification is preferred, along with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
